Whenever possible I try to enter the bi-yearly Community Challenges created by Clinton Jones. Thousands of people enter, and I’ve been fortunate enough to have a couple of entries make the Top 100.  The satisfaction comes from taking part and producing work that you’re passionate about, but it’s also great to hear people like Clint and Captain Disillusion praise your work!
